Delivery Policy

Standard UK delivery is £3.00, Rep of Ireland delivery is £5.00, Other European delivery options are £20.00

Your order will usually arrive up to 3-5 days (excluding Sunday) from the day you place your order.

For orders to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Scilly Isles, please allow up to 8-10 working days from placing your order.

Unfortunately, we don’t deliver to the Channel Islands or to Post Office Boxes .

We deliver between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday (we don’t usually deliver on Sundays or bank holidays). Unfortunately we cannot specify an AM/PM time slot.

Returns Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every elie product is created to the highest standards and thoroughly checked before it leaves us. But if, for any reason you need to return a elie product we’ll ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible.

 

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your elie product we will offer a full refund, providing you return the product to us within 7 days of recieving your item.

Making a return is easy, there are two simple steps to follow:

  1. Request a Returns Merchandise Authorization number and enclose this in the returns package.

  2. Send the package back to the address specified on the returns form within 7 working Days of receiving your item.

The package must be returned within the specified 7 day return period. Returns received over 10 working days later than the date the item was received by the customer will may not be accepted.

Please note that returns sent without a number will not be accepted.

All items returned must be unmarked and undamaged. All items must be returned with the original packaging. Please ensure that the box containing the items is returned in a sealed postage bag or parcel, and therefore remains in good condition.

Elie recommends you use registered or special delivery when returning any products as we cannot be held responsible for missing items.

RETURNING A FAULTY PRODUCT UNDER WARRANTY

All defective products must be sent to our Service Department with your original proof of purchase.

If you are returning a product that is out of warranty, or without a proof of purchase, a fee will be charged to fix the product. This is dependant on the fault of the product.

Do not send your product with its original packaging or box, we cannot return this if you do. Please ensure your product is wrapped securely and posted in suitable packaging.

STEP 1

Enclose a covering letter with the following information;

1    Your full name and address

2    Description of the fault or problem with your product

3    Any different return address you may require

4    A copy of your original proof of purchase

5    Contact email or daytime telephone number is essential

Please note that all elie  products purchased in the Rep of Ireland or UK should be returned to our address above. Any overseas returns will be subject to shipping charges. Please contact us or your original place of purchase for the international returns procedure.
